Leadialer + Outlook Calendar Integration
The same private subscription link that powers Google Calendar sync works in Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web. Appointments Alex books appear with the lead's name and number, and update automatically.
What the Outlook Calendar integration does
If your day runs on Outlook, Leadialer's appointments should land there without any copying. The AI dialer books seller appointments around the clock; your private ICS link carries each one into Outlook as a 30-minute event titled with the lead's name, with their phone number and any appointment notes right in the description — so you can tap to dial from the event itself.
The feed covers upcoming appointments (and the recent past), drops canceled ones automatically, and is strictly read-only — nobody can change your Leadialer schedule from a subscribed calendar. Regenerate the link anytime to cut off an old copy.

- 1In Leadialer, open Profile → CRM Integrations → Calendar Sync and click Create calendar link.
- 2In Outlook, choose Add calendar → Subscribe from web and paste the link.

- Appointment time → a 30-minute event in your availability timezone
- Canceled appointments → removed from the feed

Frequently asked questions
How often does Outlook refresh the feed?
Leadialer updates the feed the moment a booking happens; Outlook re-fetches subscribed calendars on its own schedule, typically every few hours. That interval is Microsoft's, not ours.
Does it work in both new and classic Outlook?
Any Outlook version that supports subscribing to a calendar from a URL can use the link — the feed is standard ICS.
Can my whole team see the appointments?
Each Leadialer account has its own link. You can share your subscribed calendar within Outlook the same way you'd share any other calendar.
