Native connector

Leadialer + GoHighLevel Integration

Connect with a GoHighLevel private integration token and your Location ID. Leadialer upserts the contact (respecting your duplicate settings), tags it (leadialer, plus a per-event tag you can trigger workflows on), and attaches a note describing what happened on the call or text thread.

What the GoHighLevel integration does

GoHighLevel runs on workflows, and workflows run on tags — so that's exactly how this integration is built. As Alex, Leadialer's AI calling agent, works your list, each completed call, booking, warm lead, and opt-out upserts the contact into your GHL location and applies a per-event tag. Tag a workflow trigger on leadialer-appointment-booked and your pipeline stage, Slack ping, or confirmation sequence fires without anyone touching the CRM.

Every push also attaches a note to the contact with the specifics: the call outcome and AI summary, the appointment time in your timezone, or the lead score that crossed the warm threshold. The contact's source is set to Leadialer so your attribution reporting stays clean.

What syncs

  • Contact upsert with name, phone, and source Leadialer
  • Per-event tags for workflow triggers
  • Notes with call outcome, score, summary, and booking details

Setup

  1. 1In GoHighLevel, go to Settings → Private Integrations and create a token with the Contacts and Locations scopes.
  2. 2Copy your Location ID from Settings → Business Profile.
  3. 3In Leadialer, open Profile → CRM Integrations → Native CRM Connections → GoHighLevel, paste both, and click Verify & connect.
  4. 4Optional: build GHL workflows triggered by the leadialer-appointment-booked or leadialer-lead-warm tags.

Field mappings

  • Lead first + last name → GHL contact firstName / lastName
  • Lead phone → contact phone (upsert respects your location's duplicate settings)
  • Source → Leadialer
  • Tags: leadialer plus a per-event tag (leadialer-call-completed, leadialer-appointment-booked, leadialer-lead-warm, leadialer-lead-opted-out)
  • Event summary → a note on the contact

Events Leadialer sends

call.completed

Upserts the contact, applies leadialer-call-completed, and notes the outcome, score, and AI summary.

appointment.booked

Applies leadialer-appointment-booked and notes the date, time, and source — ideal for triggering confirmation workflows.

lead.warm

Applies leadialer-lead-warm with the score in the note, so hot leads can jump pipelines automatically.

lead.opted_out

Applies leadialer-lead-opted-out so your GHL campaigns can suppress the contact.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work with agency accounts?

The connection is per-location: you paste a private integration token and the Location ID of the sub-account you dial for. Agencies can connect each location's own Leadialer account.

Will it create duplicate contacts?

Leadialer uses GoHighLevel's contact upsert endpoint, which respects the duplicate-handling settings configured in your location.

Can it create opportunities or move pipeline stages?

Not directly — Leadialer writes contacts, tags, and notes. The intended pattern is a GHL workflow triggered by the per-event tags that creates the opportunity or moves the stage exactly the way you want.

What if the token is revoked?

Dialing and texting are unaffected — CRM pushes are best-effort and never block calls. Reconnect with a new token and events resume.
