Leadialer connects to Follow Up Boss with your FUB API key — no middleware. When Alex finishes a call, books an appointment, flags a warm lead, or a lead opts out, Leadialer creates or updates the person in Follow Up Boss and logs a note with the outcome, lead score, and summary.
If Follow Up Boss is your source of truth, an AI dialer that keeps its results somewhere else creates double work. This integration closes that gap: Alex — Leadialer's AI voice agent — works through your seller list, and every result is written back to the matching Follow Up Boss person the moment it happens. Your team opens FUB in the morning and sees exactly which leads answered, what they said, and who's booked.
The connection is direct — Leadialer calls the Follow Up Boss API with your key, so there's no Zapier subscription to maintain and nothing to babysit. Each event creates or updates the person (matched on name and phone), attaches a note describing what happened, and applies two tags: Leadialer, plus a per-event tag like leadialer:appointment.booked you can use to drive your own FUB automations.
call.completedLogs a note with the call outcome, lead score, and the AI's summary of the conversation.
appointment.bookedLogs a note with the appointment date and time in your timezone, and whether it was a reschedule.
lead.warmLogs a note with the lead score and the channel (call or text) that warmed them up.
lead.opted_outLogs a note marking the STOP request so your FUB drips can be shut off too.
No. This is a native connector — Leadialer talks to the Follow Up Boss API directly with the API key you paste in. Zapier remains an option for custom flows, but it isn't required.
Nothing stops. Calling and texting continue normally — CRM pushes are best-effort and never block the dialer. Reconnect with a fresh key and new events resume flowing.
The native connector pushes results into FUB. To send leads the other way, use a FUB automation or Zapier to POST them to Leadialer's /api/v1/leads endpoint, or export and import a CSV.
