How does billing work?
Leadialer is prepaid, pay-as-you-go. You add funds to your account balance (minimum top-up $500) and usage draws it down: $0.10 per minute of voice and $0.008 per SMS segment. There is no monthly platform fee and no contract.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Calling and texting pause automatically. We never auto-charge your card — you top up manually whenever you're ready and campaigns resume where they left off.
How does cascade dialing work?
Many leads have more than one phone number on file. Leadialer can try up to 3 numbers per lead, and the whole cascade counts as a single attempt toward that lead.
Can I use my own SMS provider?
Yes. Connect your own Twilio or TextMagic account and your texts are billed by your provider directly — Leadialer doesn't add a markup, and the feature is included in the plan.
Are phone numbers included?
Your first 3 phone numbers are free. You can purchase additional numbers in-app if you need more capacity or local presence.
